2025 INCITE Awards Co-Chairs announced

The Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Alliance (WAITTA) has announced Cameron Zivkovic and Jess Etheridge as the Co-Chairs of WA's technology and innovation pathway program, The INCITE Awards, for 2025.

With a rich history of celebrating excellence in WA technology and innovation, the INCITE Awards continue to be the ultimate and only pathway to national (iAwards) and international (Asia-Pacific ICT Alliance Awards) recognition for Western Australian tech talent.

Throughout the years, the awards have provided a platform for innovators to elevate their ideas, helping local inventions grow into national revelations. Now, with Cameron and Jess at the helm, the 2025 INCITE Awards - in their 34th year - are set to continue this tradition of fostering innovation and spotlighting WA’s brightest technology minds.

Cameron and Jess, both IT leaders and advocates, are WAITTA Board Directors having joined the organisation this year.

"It’s an honour to co-chair an awards program with such a strong legacy of innovation," said Cameron. "The INCITE Awards have long been a launchpad for ideas that change the world, and we’re excited to help lead WA's best talent to new heights."

Jess echoed this excitement:

"The INCITE Awards provide invaluable opportunities and connections, allowing local talent to shine on the global stage. I’m thrilled to be part of a program that champions innovation and celebrates excellence in tech.

"The latest cohort of INCITE recipients have represented WA on the national stage and are set to take on the international APICTAs in December. It's a real privilege to be part of the journeys WA tech talent take to grow their organisations and show what WA is made of."

As the previous Chair of the INCITE Awards, WAITTA President Con Polkinghorne shared his enthusiasm for the year ahead:

"Cameron and Jess are the perfect duo to guide the INCITE Awards into the future. Next year’s program is already shaping up to be extraordinary, with new and varied opportunities for WA innovators to gain national and international exposure."

As Co-Chairs, Cam and Jess will work with event partners Partner&Prosper and INCITE Chief Judge Glenn Butcher to deliver this year's program and awards gala.
