Established in 1991, the INCITE Awards are the State's exclusive pathway for the technology industry to enter the Australian iAwards and international Asia-Pacific ICT Alliance Awards (APICTA).
Organised by WAITTA, this year's program introduces new and revised categories to better reflect the changing face of the technology
sector, and is the start of a celebratory campaign in the lead up to the program's milestone 35th awards.
Western Australian has a proud history of success when it comes to technology leaders and game-changers coming through the INCITE Awards program.
Past INCITE Award success stories include world-renowned biotechnician and DNA Zoo director Dr Parwinder Kaur, founder of BrainChip Peter Van Der Made, VetChip which won the Chief Judge Award at the 2024 iAwards, and Containers for Change (WARRRL) which went on to compete at APICTA in Brunei last year.
Biotechnician, Director of DNA Zoo and industry thought leader Assoc. Professor Dr Parwinder Kaur was named the 2024 Achiever of
the Year at the 33rd INCITE Awards. |
This year's INCITE judging program will be led by Chief Judge Glenn
Butcher,
with the overall program being led by
WAITTA Board Directors and INCITE Awards
Co-Chairs,
Cameron
Zivkovic and Jess Etheridge.
The INCITE Awards would not be possible without the support of multi-year partners, the Office of Digital Government (Major Event sponsor) and Kinetic IT (WAITTA Platinum Partner). The awards night will be delivered by Partner&Prosper, with digital media partner Cohesion Co returning for another year.
